At launch, deliveries are arranged by the sellers themselves — the seller who sold you the part prepares it and delivers it to your address. Qita3 is coordinating partnerships with delivery companies so that, over time, more orders are carried by dedicated delivery partners with the same tracking experience.
Standard delivery starts from 25 QAR, and standard delivery is free on orders over 500 QAR (express and other premium options keep their listed fee). Exact per-method pricing and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place the order, so there are never surprise charges.
Your delivery estimate is confirmed after you place the order — your order page shows the expected delivery date as soon as it is set, and we will contact you to confirm the address and time window if needed.
At launch, payment is cash on delivery: you pay the order total in cash when your order arrives. No online payment is needed. Please have the exact amount ready — it is shown on your order page.
We deliver Qatar-wide — Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, and everywhere in between. If your area has any special arrangement, the seller will contact you before dispatch.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of being placed, you are entitled to cancel it and receive a full refund under Qatari consumer protection law. Contact support@qita3.qa with your order number and we will handle it.
